Low Cholesterol Protein Foods
Cholesterol content in food is directly related to the amount of saturated fats in the food substance. Lean meats are a very good source of rich nutrient containing foods that have a low level of cholesterol. Lean meats are composed of chicken and beef (depending on the amount of tenderness and texture). Beef has a high content of vitamin B12 and proteins, while a low content of cholesterol at the same time. Lean Meats are an excellent option for the non-vegetarians as these are organic and are fit for consumption without the concern of pesticides or fertilizer concerns.
